Senior Litigation Attorney Personal Injury

The ideal candidate will have significant experience in personal injury litigation, including first-chair trial experience. This role requires a proactive attorney who is dedicated to providing exceptional client service, managing litigation from inception through resolution, and communicating effectively with both clients and insurance companies.

Duties:

• Meet with clients to discuss case details and provide guidance throughout the litigation process.
• Show empathy and build trust with clients while managing their cases effectively.
• Communicate with insurance companies regarding claims, demands, and settlement offers.
• Evaluate personal injury claims and develop case strategies.
• Manage litigation, including preparing legal documents, conducting depositions, and attending court hearings and trials.
• Negotiate settlements with insurance companies to achieve the best possible outcomes for clients.
• Work independently while collaborating with a team-oriented legal environment.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Minimum of 6 years of litigation experience, with significant first-chair trial experience.
• Licensed to practice law in Texas and in good standing with the Texas Bar.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is a plus.
• Strong negotiation skills and the ability to evaluate claims effectively.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Proactive problem-solving approach and the ability to work independently in an office setting.
• Team-oriented mindset.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Licensed to practice law in the state of Texas.
