Duties:

  • Conducted legal research and provided analysis on M&A and private equity matters.
  • Draft and review legal documents, including merger agreements, purchase agreements, and disclosure schedules.
  • Assist with due diligence investigations.
  • Work closely with partners and senior associates to manage transactions.
  • Provide strategic advice to clients on M&A and private equity transactions.
  • Handle general corporate matters as needed.

Requirements:

  • 3-4 years of experience in mergers and acquisitions and private equity in a major law firm.
  • Membership to the CA State Bar.
  • Highly motivated with excellent academic credentials.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
