• Handle all aspects of criminal defense cases, including court appearances, trials, drafting motions, witness interviews, and legal research.
• Analyze probable outcomes using knowledge of legal precedents and case law.
• Manage a caseload effectively, ensuring timely handling of all legal matters.
• Provide thorough legal analysis for clients to evaluate potential case benefits.
• Gather additional evidence to strengthen clients' cases and build strong arguments against the prosecution.
• Prepare clients for depositions and develop case strategies by gathering key witness testimony and expert opinions.

Requirements:

• Demonstrated experience handling criminal cases at the federal, state, and local levels.
• Strong team player with the ability to collaborate and strategize with fellow attorneys.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively communicate with clients, colleagues, and court officials.
• Commitment to providing high-quality legal representation and advocacy.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Licensed to practice law in the state of California and in good standing.
