Personal Injury Litigation Associate Attorney

Job Overview:
A leading law firm is seeking a skilled and driven Associate Attorney to join its Personal Injury Litigation team. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in personal injury law and litigation, with a proven track record of success in managing complex cases. Location:

Duties:

• Manage a diverse caseload of personal injury cases from intake to resolution, ensuring outstanding client outcomes.
• Lead and participate in all phases of litigation, including pleadings, discovery, depositions, motions, trial preparation, and mediations.
• Provide regular client updates and advocate on their behalf to achieve favorable results.
• Represent clients in court hearings, trials, mediations, and arbitrations with professionalism and expertise.
• Collaborate with paralegals, legal assistants, and colleagues to ensure efficient case management.
• Negotiate settlements strategically to maximize client recovery while minimizing litigation costs.
• Ensure compliance with ethical standards and meet all requirements set forth by the Texas State Bar.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of litigation experience, with a focus on personal injury law.
• Proven trial experience and ability to independently handle high-stakes cases.
• Licensed to practice law in Texas with a clean Texas Bar record.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Licensed to practice in Texas (active Bar membership).
