A law firm seeks an experienced Associate Attorney to join its Wellesley Hills, MA, team. This position will be focused on managing foreclosure matters and offering legal expertise and support throughout the process. The successful candidate will ensure compliance with regulations and deliver high-quality service to clients. The role requires a strong ability to handle a high caseload while maintaining exceptional client relationships and paying detailed legal attention.

Duties:

  • Prepare, review, and approve foreclosure-related legal documents.
  • Manage all aspects of foreclosure cases, including contested matters and litigation.
  • Represent clients in mediations, depositions, and hearings (both telephonic and in-person).
  • Conduct regular meetings and provide updates to clients regarding case status.
  • Review and ensure the accuracy of chains of title.
  • Participate in special projects and perform additional duties as required.

Requirements:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Active membership and good standing with the Maine Bar Association.
  • Proven ability to manage and prioritize a high-volume caseload effectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, especially for client interaction (email, phone, client systems).
  • Strong client service and relationship management skills.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving ability and quick decision-making.
  • Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to perform in a fast-paced environment.
  • Detail-oriented with exceptional multi-tasking capabilities.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
