A law firm in Irvine, CA, is actively seeking a skilled Real Estate Attorney to join their team as a lateral candidate with a book of $1M+. This is a unique opportunity for an experienced attorney to contribute significantly to the firm's real estate practice. Duties:

• Manage and oversee real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, and leasing.
• Draft and review various real estate documents, such as contracts, agreements, and deeds.

• Conduct due diligence on real estate matters, including title searches and property inspections.
• Negotiate and resolve real estate disputes and conflicts.

Requirements:

• Lateral candidate with a proven book of business exceeding $1M.
• Substantial experience as a Real Estate Attorney.
• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Admission to the bar in the relevant jurisdiction.
