A law firm in Wakefield, MA, is seeking an experienced Commercial Litigation Attorney with a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience. The ideal candidate should preferably have portable billings.

Duties:

  • Manage and oversee commercial litigation cases from inception to resolution
  • Represent clients in state and federal courts, as well as in alternative dispute resolution proceedings
