Location

Duties

• Represent clients in family law matters including:

  • Separation and divorce

  • Child custody and visitation disputes

  • Spousal and child support proceedings

  • Equitable distribution of marital property

• Draft legal pleadings, motions, and settlement agreements

• Manage court appearances, mediations, and depositions

• Provide legal counsel and strategy tailored to each client’s case

• Maintain and manage case files and documentation efficiently

• Collaborate with colleagues on complex legal issues

Requirements

• 3–7 years of experience practicing family law in New Jersey

• Strong background in contested family law matters

• Proven litigation and client management skills

• Licensed and in good standing to practice in both New Jersey and New York

• Ability to handle sensitive matters with discretion and professionalism

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school

Certifications

• Active Bar licenses in:

  • New Jersey (required)

  • New York (required)
