Duties:

• Handle personal injury cases from intake to trial or settlement.
• Conduct client consultations and maintain ongoing communication.
• Lead and defend depositions.
• Draft and respond to motions.
• Manage mediation and settlement negotiations.
• Develop strategic case plans.
• Represent clients in jury trials.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in personal injury or civil litigation.
• Proven track record as a successful 1st chair trial attorney.
• Licensed and in good standing with the Texas State Bar.
• Comprehensive understanding of the Rules of Civil Procedure and Rules of Evidence.
• Experience in drafting and responding to motions.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• Must be licensed to practice law in Texas.

Certifications:

• Licensed by the State Bar of Texas and in good standing.
