Job Overview: A law firm is seeking an experienced and dynamic Construction/Commercial Litigation Attorney to join their team in Edina, MN. Duties:

• Represent clients in construction and commercial litigation, including state and federal courts.
• Handle cases involving construction disputes, insurance coverage, first-party claims, and property litigation.
• Provide strategic legal advice to clients on construction and commercial matters.
• Draft and review legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs.
• Conduct legal research and analysis to support case strategies.
• Negotiate settlements and manage all aspects of dispute resolution.
• Collaborate with other attorneys and legal staff on complex litigation cases.
• Attend court hearings, trials, and mediations as required.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and legal precedents.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 10+ years of experience in construction and commercial litigation.
• Proven experience with insurance coverage, first-party claims, and property litigation.
• Demonstrated ability to handle complex litigation matters ethically and creatively.
