Associate Attorney needed for Redding office

A law firm in Redding, CA, is seeking an Associate Attorney to join their team. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in employment law or general litigation, with a proven track record of effectively representing clients. Recent law school graduates with outstanding academic credentials and an active California license are also encouraged to apply. Duties and Responsibilities:

• Represent clients in employment law matters or general litigation cases.
• Draft and file legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery requests.
• Conduct legal research to support case strategies and prepare for court proceedings.
• Prepare and argue motions, and participate in court hearings and trials.
• Provide legal advice and guidance to clients on their rights and options.
• Manage case files and maintain accurate records of all legal proceedings and client interactions.
• Negotiate settlements and facilitate dispute resolution between parties.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys and other team members on case strategy and management.
• Attend client meetings, depositions, mediations, and arbitrations as needed.

Requirements:

• Strong academic credentials from an ABA-accredited law school.
• Active license to practice law in California.
• 2-5 years of experience representing clients in employment matters or general litigation.
• Recent law school graduates with exceptional academic credentials and an active license are encouraged to apply.

Education and Certifications:
