Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manage and expand a substantial book of business in business bankruptcy and restructuring.
• Provide clients with expert legal advice and representation on complex bankruptcy and restructuring matters.
• Develop and implement strategies for bankruptcy filings, restructurings, and negotiations.
• Lead and mentor junior attorneys and legal staff within the bankruptcy practice group.
• Maintain and enhance client relationships through exceptional service and strategic legal counsel.
• Represent clients in bankruptcy court proceedings, negotiations, and mediation.
• Stay current with bankruptcy laws, regulations, and industry trends to provide the most effective legal strategies.
• Collaborate with other partners and practice groups to leverage the firm’s full capabilities for client benefit.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the California State Bar in good standing.
• A portable book of business valued at $750,000 or more.
• Extensive experience in business bankruptcy and restructuring law.
• Proven track record of managing complex bankruptcy cases and restructuring projects.
• Strong leadership and mentorship abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
