The candidate will assist in motion practice, discovery disputes, conducting depositions, making court experiences, and trial preparation. Must be an Active member in good standing with the California State Bar. Litigation experience in insurance defense is preferred.

The candidate should have a JD degree from an excellent, ABA-approved law school. Must have excellent oral advocacy and written communication skills.
