Job Overview:

Duties:

  • Handle a high volume of NIW and EB-1 immigration cases.
  • Conduct self-directed research and provide legal advice related to EB-1 and EB-2 petitions.
  • Draft petitions, responses, and legal documentation with a strong emphasis on technical writing.
  • Review and analyze complex immigration cases, ensuring compliance with immigration laws.
  • Work efficiently and independently, maintaining a rigorous intellectual approach to case handling.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in handling NIW/EB-1 cases.
  • Must have a valid bar license (any state).
  • Proven expertise in immigration law, specifically related to EB-1 and EB-2 cases.
  • Strong research and analytical skills.
  • Excellent technical writing skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage a high-volume caseload while maintaining client satisfaction.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

  • Active bar license in any state.

Skills:

  • Expertise in EB-1 and NIW immigration petitions.
  • Strong written communication and legal drafting skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
