  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide comprehensive legal services tailored to client needs.

Requirements:

  • 4-5 years of relevant experience in real estate and asset-based lending.

  • Must be a member of the New York State Bar.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of conveying complex legal concepts.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
