Duties:

• Provide legal guidance and representation in a variety of business and real estate transactions.
• Conduct in-depth legal research and analysis to support client needs and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
• Draft, review, and negotiate complex contracts, agreements, and transactional documents with precision and attention to detail.
• Collaborate with clients, colleagues, and external parties to develop and implement effective legal strategies.
• Manage multiple matters concurrently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines while ensuring high-quality legal work.
• Contribute to the overall success and growth of the firm by delivering efficient, client-focused legal services.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• Active and valid license to practice law in Pennsylvania.
• 3-4 years of experience in transactional law, with a focus on business and real estate transactions or litigation.
• Strong skills in drafting and negotiating contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
• Excellent research, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
• Effective communication skills with the ability to collaborate and build relationships with clients and colleagues.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Active Bar License in Pennsylvania (Required).
