Trial Attorney

A law firm in Boone, NC, is seeking a highly experienced Trial Attorney with a strong background in civil litigation. The ideal candidate will possess at least 5+ years of experience handling complex cases and be adept at all aspects of trial preparation and execution. Duties and Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement case strategies to ensure favorable outcomes for clients.
• Conduct thorough legal research to support case arguments and strategies.
• Draft and respond to legal pleadings, including motions and briefs.
• Manage discovery processes, including drafting and responding to discovery requests.
• Handle mediations and represent clients in depositions.
• Oversee court hearings and trials, presenting cases effectively.
• Provide regular updates on case progress to managing attorneys and clients.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5+ years of civil litigation experience.
• Graduation from an accredited law school.
• Licensed to practice law in North Carolina.
