Duties:

• Review and assess documents and judgments in post-judgment litigation cases
• Conduct legal research and analysis on civil litigation matters
• Maintain organized case files and document management systems
• Interact professionally with staff, opposing counsel, and court officials
• Handle case progression independently within a structured framework

Requirements:

• Active Texas Bar License, in good standing
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple cases efficiently
• Basic understanding of civil procedures and case management
• Familiarity with collections or creditors' rights (preferred but not required)

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Licensed to practice law in Texas
