Estate Planning Attorney

Location:

Duties:

• Work with a senior estate planner to learn estate planning and documentation processes

• Directly interact with clients to help identify their needs and goals

• Provide legal counsel on estate planning, probate, and elder law matters

• Develop business by building strategic partnerships through networking, collaboration, and seminar presentations

• Handle estate administration and business succession planning cases

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience in estate planning, probate, or elder law

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and judgment skills

• Excellent oral and written communication abilities

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment

• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic

• Capacity to manage multiple legal matters simultaneously

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• License to practice law in Massachusetts (Rhode Island preferred)
