Immigration Attorney

Duties:

• Represent clients in deportation defense cases.
• Handle federal court litigation and appeals.
• Assist with Special Immigrant Juvenile Status (SIJS) petitions and other family-based immigration petitions.
• Draft and review immigration applications and legal documents.
• Conduct legal research and prepare motions, briefs, and memos.
• Collaborate with colleagues on complex cases.
• Maintain strict attention to deadlines and case management.

Requirements:

• Licensed to practice law in the U.S. (in good standing in any state or U.S. territory).
• Strong legal research and writing skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively and follow detailed instructions.

Education:
