Senior Associate Or Junior Partner Level Trademark Attorney

Seattle office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks a senior associate or junior partner level trademark attorney with 5 years of transactional experience with a focus on IP-centric transactions, including licensing, trademarks, and copyrights. The candidate must have performed USPTO and trademark trial and appeal board work (TTAB), have experience with trademark (and ideally copyright) prosecution and enforcement and be familiar with commercial contracts involving intellectual and intangible property rights. Should also have an openness to litigation assistance, including legal research and drafting related to trademark matters. Should have Active membership in a Current State Bar (Washington or Oregon State Bar a plus).

The candidate should have strong academic credentials. Must be a team player with a desire to collaborate and see others succeed. The ability to work collaboratively as well as independently is required. The ability to handle a variety of matters simultaneously to meet client demands is needed. Must have excellent research, writing, communication, and interpersonal skills. Juris Doctorate or better is preferred.
