Duties:

• Handle complex antitrust litigation and merger control cases, including advising clients on regulatory compliance.

• Represent clients in legal proceedings, including drafting pleadings, motions, and other documents necessary for litigation and regulatory filings.

• Conduct thorough legal research and analysis on antitrust issues, providing strategic guidance to clients.

• Assist with antitrust investigations and manage all aspects of pre-trial and trial preparation.

• Work closely with senior attorneys to prepare case strategies, manage discovery processes, and review contracts and business practices to ensure compliance with antitrust laws.

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of antitrust laws, regulations, and market trends to provide proactive advice to clients.

• Participate in client meetings and provide legal counsel on antitrust concerns related to mergers, acquisitions, and other corporate transactions.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in antitrust litigation and/or merger control.

• Strong research, writing, and analytical skills.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented setting.

Education:

• J.D. from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Active Bar admission in Illinois.

Skills:

• In-depth knowledge of antitrust law and litigation procedures.
