Duties

  • Conduct client consultations and meetings with both current and prospective clients.
  • Represent clients at immigration appointments with USCIS.

  • Oversee preparation of applications and packets for USCIS submissions.
  • Supervise and direct paralegals in the preparation and organization of case files.

Requirements

  • Active Bar admission in any U.S. state.
  • Proven experience and familiarity with immigration law.
  • Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Team-oriented mindset with collaborative skills.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

  • Active State Bar license.
