A law firm is seeking a Junior to Mid-Level Finance Associate Attorney in Wilmington, DE.

Job Duties:

• Communicate verbally and in writing with clients, lawyers, business professionals, and third parties.
• Produce high-quality deliverables and promptly respond to correspondence and phone calls.
• Ensure accuracy and timeliness in all work products, meeting deadlines and expectations.
• Build and maintain positive relationships within the firm and with external stakeholders.
• Adhere to firm policies and practices.
• Engage in physical and sedentary activities, including extended computer work, virtual calls, and occasional meetings.

Requirements:

• JD degree from an accredited law school.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in energy transition finance matters.
• Proven track record in handling transactions related to financing and M&A in energy transition projects and companies.
• Experience in tax equity and renewable energy tax credit monetization.
• Strong analytical, writing, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively, demonstrating good business judgment.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Effective research and problem-solving abilities.
• Conceptual thinking and ability to influence others.
• Admitted to practice law in Delaware.

Preferred Skills:

• Management skills for potential leadership opportunities.

Education/Certifications:

• JD degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the Delaware bar.
