• Lead and participate in depositions, both defending and taking.
• Draft, research, and argue motions and legal memoranda.
• Conduct in-depth fact investigations and provide comprehensive analysis.
• Oversee cases independently, requiring minimal supervision.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3-4 years of litigation experience, with a focus on California labor and employment law.
• Proven ability to handle cases at various stages of litigation.
• Experience or interest in transitioning from general commercial or civil litigation into labor and employment law is welcome.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Active membership and good standing with the California Bar.
