Duties

• Lead attorney responsible for managing 30–40 active cases from filing through trial.
• Develop and implement strategic approaches to cases.
• Draft and prepare legal documents, including pleadings and motions.
• Conduct and defend depositions, including those of plaintiffs, defendants, and expert witnesses.
• Participate in settlement negotiations to resolve cases effectively.
• Serve as second chair in trials to provide strategic and procedural support.
• Communicate with clients to provide updates on case progress and outcomes.
• Supervise and guide paralegals and other support staff.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in plaintiff personal injury litigation.
• Proven ability to manage a diverse caseload and deliver results.
• Strong legal research and analytical capabilities.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Client-focused attitude with strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently while thriving in a collaborative environment.

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
