  • Deliver exceptional client service with attention to detail and professionalism.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience drafting patent applications, particularly in Electrical, Medical Device, or Software domains.
  • Registration with the U.S. Patent Office.
  • State Bar registration.

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, BioMedical Sciences, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3.2 GPA on a 4.0 scale (required).

Certifications

  • Registered to practice before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office.
  • Active membership in a State Bar Association.
