Requirements:

  • Familiarity with both plaintiff and defendant representation.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills, particularly in emotionally charged situations.
  • Ability to work independently and manage a caseload effectively.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree required.
  • Must have passed the state bar examination.

Certifications:

  • An active Bar license in the state of Georgia is required.
