A law firm in Denver, CO is seeking a Mid-Senior Level Health Care Associate Attorney with 4-6 years of experience in health care regulatory and/or transactional law. The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge of federal and state health care regulatory environments, strong document drafting skills, and the ability to manage complex projects. Experience with AmLaw 100 firms is preferred. Excellent academic credentials, effective communication skills, and a positive attitude are essential for interacting directly with senior partners and clients.

Duties:

  • Provide legal counsel to health-care focused clients on federal and state health care regulatory issues impacting transactions and daily business operations.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate complex agreements and documents related to health care transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, and regulatory compliance.
  • Manage and oversee multiple complex projects and matters simultaneously, ensuring deadlines and client expectations are met.
  • Mentor and train junior associates on legal matters, document drafting techniques, and firm procedures.
  • Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support client advice and case strategies.
  • Maintain direct communication with senior partners and clients, providing updates and strategic recommendations.

Requirements:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an ABA-approved law school.
  • Admission to and active membership in the State Bar of Colorado.
  • 4-6 years of experience practicing health care regulatory and/or transactional law.
  • In-depth understanding of federal and state health care laws, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Proven experience in sophisticated document drafting and negotiation.
  • Strong academic credentials with exemplary writing and communication skills.

Education and Certifications:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an ABA-approved law school.
  • Admission to and active membership in the State Bar of Colorado.
