Duties:

• Represent injured clients in personal injury cases with professionalism and care.
• Evaluate and review case facts for new potential clients.
• Ensure compliance with legal processes and internal protocols while clients undergo medical treatment.
• Negotiate personal injury settlements and oversee the finalization of settlement disbursements.
• Perform case management and leadership responsibilities within the firm.

Requirements:

• Active Arizona State Bar license or awaiting Character & Fitness approval.
• Previous experience in plaintiff personal injury cases is preferred but not required.
• Ability to work effectively in a high-volume case environment.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Arizona State Bar license is required.
