Duties:

• Manage all phases of civil litigation, including discovery, drafting demands and responses, and conducting depositions
• Perform legal research and prepare written memoranda

• Communicate with clients and colleagues regarding case status and strategy
• Participate in trial preparation and support senior attorneys during hearings

Requirements:

• 2 to 3 years of experience in civil litigation
• Experience with discovery, including drafting demands and responses, and conducting depositions
• Strong research, writing, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Comfortable working in a hybrid work environment

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Active membership in the New York State Bar (Required)
