  • Take ownership of significant projects and handle them with minimal supervision.
  • Participate in case strategy development and client interactions.
  • Demonstrate strong research, writing, and analytical skills.
  • Stay updated on legal developments, particularly in the area of eminent domain.

Requirements:

  • 4-5 years of relevant experience in litigation.
  • Proven ability to draft pleadings, motions, and discovery.
