Associate Attorney with 1-5 years of litigation experience, preferably civil defense

Daly City office of our client seeks an associate attorney with 1-5 years of litigation experience, preferably civil defense. The candidate will be asked to handle court appearances, pleadings, law and motion, written discovery, depositions, mediations, pre-trial preparation, updates to clients, and participate in trials. Federal court experience is preferred. Only California-admitted attorneys will be considered.
