Job Overview:
A prestigious law firm is seeking a dedicated attorney with a minimum of 3 years of experience in handling commercial leases to join their dynamic Real Estate Group. This role involves direct client interaction and negotiation of various lease-related agreements.

Duties:

  • Draft and negotiate commercial leases, term sheets, letters of intent, work letters, and SNDAs.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and other stakeholders.
  • Ensure timely and quality deliverables while meeting deadlines.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships within the firm and with clients.
  • Comply with all firm policies and engage in a mix of sedentary and active tasks as required.
  • Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree.
  • Admitted to practice in California.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in commercial leasing and related agreements.

Certifications:

  • Active California State Bar membership.

Skills:

  • Strong understanding of the commercial leasing market.
  • Experience with diverse property types, including office, retail, and industrial.
  • Excellent negotiation and analytical skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
  • Capacity to manage multiple tasks effectively and work independently.
