Duties

  • Handle a high volume of general liability litigation cases, including real estate and construction disputes
  • Collaborate with a team of experienced attorneys on complex litigation matters
  • Prepare and draft legal documents such as pleadings, motions, and briefs
  • Represent clients in court and during depositions
  • Conduct legal research and provide strategic legal advice to clients
  • Engage in settlement negotiations and alternative dispute resolution
  • Maintain regular communication with clients to provide updates on case status and strategy

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant litigation experience in real estate, construction, or general liability
  • Strong verbal communication and writing skills

  • Admission to the Massachusetts Bar, or willingness and eligibility to obtain admission

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
