Requirements:

  • J.D. from an accredited law school.
  • Licensure to practice law in Pennsylvania.
  • 5-10 years of relevant family law experience.
  • Proven experience in managing legal issues related to divorce, child support, custody, and spousal support.
  • Strong litigation experience with a successful track record in court proceedings.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

  • Licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania.
