Duties

  • Minimum of 1 year of litigation experience, preferably in probate law and trust administration.
  • Proficient in legal research and familiar with research tools and case management software.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to advocate effectively in court.
  • Confident in court settings, with a strong understanding of the Illinois Probate Act.
