Duties:

• Represent clients in civil litigation cases, managing the entire process from inception to resolution.
• Work closely with the firm's managing partner on litigation matters.
• Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and legal briefs.
• Prepare and manage discovery processes, including depositions and interrogatories.
• Appear in court to represent clients during trials, hearings, and other legal proceedings.
• Manage case files and deadlines while ensuring attention to detail in all aspects of case management.
• Communicate regularly with clients regarding case status and legal strategy.
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop strategies and approaches for complex legal matters.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in civil litigation.
• Active AZ State Bar License.
• Strong background in case management, legal research, and written communication.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Professional demeanor and commitment to maintaining confidentiality and ethical standards.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Active membership in the Arizona State Bar (required).
• Additional Bar admissions are a plus.
