Location:

Duties:

  • Represent clients in family law and civil litigation matters

  • Prepare and draft pleadings, discovery requests, and other legal documents

  • Conduct legal research and provide case analysis

  • Attend court hearings and trials

  • Communicate effectively with clients and opposing counsel

  • Collaborate with partners and associates to develop case strategies

  • Maintain 130 billable hours per month

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in civil litigation

  • Family law experience preferred

  • Strong research and writing skills

  • Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines effectively

  • Commitment to client advocacy and professional growth

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school

Certifications:

  • Admission to the California State Bar and in good standing

Skills:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Strong legal research and analytical abilities

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively

  • Proficiency in legal software and Microsoft Office Suite

  • Strong organizational and time management skills
