• Advise clients on HOA-related matters, including enforcement, governance, and dispute resolution.

• Conduct legal research and prepare memoranda, opinion letters, and other written communications.

• Collaborate with clients, board members, and stakeholders to address legal concerns efficiently.

• Assist with risk management and strategic planning for clients in the real estate and business sectors.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in transactional law, with a focus on HOA or real estate matters.

• Strong drafting and analytical skills, with attention to detail and precision.

• Ability to manage multiple matters independently while maintaining high-quality legal work.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a team-oriented mindset.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Adobe Acrobat, and legal research tools such as Westlaw.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Active membership in good standing with the California State Bar.
