A law firm is seeking a Mid-level Associate Attorney for its Indianapolis, IN location.

 

Job Overview:

The Mid-level Associate Attorney will join the business and real estate practice group, bringing prior law firm, government, or clerkship experience. Exposure to real estate, corporate law, contracts, banking, zoning, or other transactional practice areas is preferred. The ideal candidate will possess a high degree of integrity, strong academic credentials, excellent written and oral communication skills, attention to detail, ability to work as a team player, and sound judgment.

 

Duties:

  • Provide legal counsel and representation in transactional matters.
  • Draft and review contracts, agreements, and legal documents.
  • Conduct legal research and analysis on various practice areas.
  • Assist with real estate transactions, corporate matters, and banking transactions.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with senior attorneys on case strategy and development.
  • Maintain client relationships and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
  • Handle administrative tasks related to case management.

 

Requirements:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
  • 2-5 years of legal experience in transactional practice areas.
  • Prior law firm, government, or clerkship experience preferred.
  • Exposure to real estate, corporate law, contracts, banking, zoning, or other transactional practice areas preferred.
  • High degree of integrity and sound judgment.
  • Strong academic credentials.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work as a team player.

 

Certifications:

Admission to the Indiana State Bar or eligibility for admission by reciprocity.

 

Education:

Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

 

Skills:
