Duties:

• Represent borrowers, issuers, financial institutions, and governmental entities in public finance transactions.
• Engage with state agencies and municipalities on relevant legal matters.
• Draft and manage legal documents related to public finance.
• Conduct legal research and provide guidance on tax, securities, and contract law.
• Collaborate with partners and clients, maintaining effective communication.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of public finance experience.
• Experience as bond counsel, lender’s counsel, or disclosure counsel.
• Familiarity with state agencies and governmental entities.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-approved law school.

Certifications:

• Active member in good standing of the bar in the jurisdiction(s) of practice.
• Timely admission to the bar in the office of hire is required.
