Requirements:

• Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience as a Bank and Finance Attorney.
• Strong academic background in law.
• J.D. from an ABA-Accredited Law School.
• Active attorney license in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
• Ability to promptly obtain admission to practice law in the State of Minnesota.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an ABA-Accredited Law School.

Certifications:

• Active attorney license in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
