Duties:

• Conduct detailed legal research to support case strategies and decision-making
• Negotiate contracts and agreements on behalf of clients
• Draft legal documents, including wills, trusts, and other estate planning documents
• Represent clients in meetings and legal proceedings when necessary
• Collaborate with other legal professionals within the firm to ensure comprehensive case management
• Stay updated on changes in relevant laws and legal practices

Requirements:

• Strong experience in providing legal advice with a focus on probate, estate planning, and trusts

Education:
