Insurance and Reinsurance Career Attorney

A law firm in Princeton, NJ is seeking an Insurance and Reinsurance Career Attorney with a solid understanding of insurance coverage issues, including professional liability, general liability, and directors and officers insurance policies. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in insurance coverage and commercial litigation, supported by excellent academic credentials and superior research and writing abilities.

Duties:

• Provide legal advice on complex insurance coverage issues, including professional liability, general liability, and directors and officers insurance policies.
• Analyze and interpret insurance policies and coverage disputes to develop effective legal strategies.
• Draft, review, and negotiate insurance-related documents, including contracts, policies, and compliance documents.
• Represent clients in insurance coverage disputes and litigation, including arbitration and mediation.
• Conduct thorough legal research and prepare detailed analyses on insurance and reinsurance matters.
• Develop and execute case strategies to achieve favorable outcomes for clients.
• Collaborate with clients, insurance professionals, and internal teams to resolve insurance claims and coverage issues.
• Keep abreast of changes in insurance law, regulatory developments, and industry trends.
• Prepare and argue legal motions, briefs, and other necessary documentation in court and other legal proceedings.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the New Jersey State Bar or eligibility to obtain admission.
• 2-5 years of experience in insurance coverage and commercial litigation.
• Demonstrated expertise in insurance coverage issues, including professional liability, general liability, and directors and officers insurance.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:
