Family Law Attorney

Location:
Manchester, NH

Duties:

• Represent clients in various family law matters including divorce, child custody, child support, and alimony
• Manage cases from initial consultation through trial, settlement, and post-decree matters
• Draft legal documents, including petitions, motions, and settlement agreements
• Advise clients on legal rights, obligations, and strategies
• Negotiate settlements and represent clients in court hearings and trials
• Collaborate with colleagues on complex family law issues
• Maintain a high level of client communication and case management
• Stay current with changes in family law and related legal matters

Requirements:

• 3 to 10 years of experience in family law
• Licensed to practice law in New Hampshire
• Proven experience handling family law cases from start to finish
• Strong writing, research, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Strong negotiation and advocacy skills
• Ability to manage a diverse caseload and meet deadlines

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Licensed to practice law in New Hampshire
