• Communicate effectively with clients and colleagues, offering clear and strategic advice.
• Manage a caseload with attention to deadlines and client priorities.

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of civil defense litigation experience.
• Strong research, writing, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Proven ability to work independently and proactively manage projects.
• Experience in drafting and arguing law and motion.
• Proficiency in taking and defending depositions.
• Ability to work on trial preparation.
• Must be a member in good standing with the California State Bar.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Active membership in the California State Bar.
