Duties

• Analyze and provide counsel on commercial general liability and professional liability insurance coverage issues
• Prepare coverage opinions and coverage position letters
• Draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents
• Represent clients in mediations, case management conferences, and court hearings
• Independently manage case files and deadlines
• Conduct legal research and analysis on complex insurance coverage matters
• Collaborate with partners and legal teams on litigation strategies

Requirements

• 3-7 years of experience in insurance coverage law
• Strong background in commercial general liability and professional liability insurance
• Exceptional legal research, analytical, and writing skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple cases
• Well-organized and detail-oriented self-starter
• Experience handling court appearances, mediations, and legal drafting

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an ABA-accredited law school

Certifications

• Active Bar membership in Florida, in good standing
