Job Overview:
A distinguished law firm is seeking a junior-to-midlevel associate with 3 to 5 years of experience in energy and infrastructure project finance, tax equity, and/or M&A. Location:

Duties:

  • Assist in energy and infrastructure project finance and M&A transactions.
  • Collaborate with a global team of attorneys dedicated to the practice.
  • Engage with clients to provide strategic legal counsel.
  • Participate in mentoring and training programs to enhance professional development.

Requirements:

  • 3 to 5 years of relevant experience.
  • Strong academic credentials and experience at a major law firm.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

  • Active membership in a state bar (California, Texas, New York, or Washington, D.C. preferred).
