Junior-Midlevel Energy and Infrastructure Associate Attorney

Job Overview:
A distinguished law firm is seeking a junior-to-midlevel associate with 3 to 5 years of experience in energy and infrastructure project finance, tax equity, and/or M&A. Requirements:

• 3 to 5 years of relevant experience.
• Strong academic credentials and experience at a major law firm.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Active membership in a state bar (California, Texas, New York, or Washington, D.C. preferred).

Salaries are in line with other top Bay Area firms, and the firm provides a sizable bonus for all lawyers who bill at least 1,950 hours, with additional money based on three separate billable-hour levels above 1,950.
