Litigation Associate Attorney

Duties:

• Handle state and federal litigation matters, including case preparation and trial support
• Conduct legal research and draft legal memoranda, briefs, and other documents
• Manage multiple cases and projects simultaneously
• Provide strategic legal analysis and recommendations to clients
• Attend hearings, depositions, and trials as necessary
• Work independently while also collaborating with senior attorneys and team members

Requirements:

• 1-4 years of experience in state and federal litigation
• New Hampshire bar membership is required
• Prior federal or state court clerkship preferred, but not required
• Strong research and writing skills
• Excellent interpersonal and emotional intelligence skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work independently
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Active membership with the New Hampshire State Bar
